RETURNS

Returns are allowed under the following conditions:

Your item(s) must be unworn, unwashed and in the same condition that you received it with the original packaging. Returns must take place within 7 days after receiving your item. 

When enquiring about returns please use your invoice number as well as your name and surname. 

Please note you will be responsible for the return shipping costs when sending back your item(s). Shipping costs are non-refundable. 



REFUNDS

Refunds and exchanges will only be approved once the Flink team is satisfied with the condition of the item(s).

Please note that we cannot offer you a refund, but we can however issue you with a Flink gift voucher to the value of your purchase. The gift voucher will have no expiry date. 



EXCHANGES

THE COLOUR OF THE ITEMS ON THE WEBSITE AND SOCIAL MEDIA CAN VARY FROM ITEMS YOU WILL RECEIVE, THE LIGHTING IS ALWAYS DIFFERENT ON IMAGES.

Exchanges will only be made for incorrect sizes or items that have manufacturing defects.Your item(s) must be unworn, unwashed and in the same condition that you received it with the original packaging.
