How can I get Free Shipping?
All orders above R700 get free shipping – YAY!
Add items to your cart, go to the check-out page and the shipping will automatically jump to zero.
How long does it take to get my package?
Delivery time: ±2-7 business days (depending on delivery location)
- Cape Town and surrounds: ± 2 days
- Main Centres (Johannesburg, Pretoria, Durban etc.): ± 3 days
- Outlying Areas: ± 7 days

Locally, we ship using Fastway & Outlying Areas we use Aramex
You will receive an email as soon as your order has been shipped. The email will include the service provider, a tracking number and link to where you can track your order.
If you order on a Saturday, your package will be shipping on Monday and will reach you within that week.
How can I track my parcel?

All you need to do is use your Order ID and email address which you used for the purchase. This will show you where your order is at Flink. This is not your courier tracking information.
Do you ship internationally?
I wrote in the wrong shipping details, how can I change these?
If your shipping details are incorrect, please notify us straight away at: email@example.com with your name, order number and CORRECT address so we can forward this straight over to our dispatch team to amend. We are not held liable if your order have already been dispatched.
Do you have a physical store?
Unfortunately not, we’re 100% online!
We promise, that once you have purchased from us & received your order, you’ll see just how easy and convenient it is!
How can I pay for my order?
We accept credit card payments from Visa or MasterCard through PayFast which is integrated into our site.
You can also pay via EFT, just choose the option when placing your order and the steps to complete your order will follow.
How does shipping work for gift cards?
Our virtual gift cards are digital items so there are NO shipping costs!
Your virtual Gift Card will be sent to the email address you provided us at the GIFT CARD product. The gift card will not be emailed to you, only the person who you sending it to will receive the email.
What happens once I place my order?
Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email from us.
You will then receive a notification once your order has been dispatched which you can following the tracking closely.
Please note there can be a 24H-48H of delay before your order appears in our shipper’s system.
I accidentally ordered the wrong size can I please change this?
